missingWrote a review on Dec 21comfortable bedsconvenient locationcozy ambianceslow elevatorstiny room
Comfortable beds promise a solid night's sleep, and the accessible location near multiple subway lines simplifies city exploration. Cozy lounge areas create a welcoming vibe after a long day.
Elevator waits can stretch to 15 minutes or more, particularly at peak times—definitely not ideal when you're trying to get moving quickly. The room feels cramped, with furniture that has seen better days, lacking essentials like a refrigerator or basic toiletries that you'd expect even in a lower-star rated hotel. Noise from adjacent rooms can seep through, disrupting your peace.

The location near the 9/11 memorial and various subway lines made getting around incredibly easy. The lobby is beautifully designed, and the service was outstanding, particularly from Victor. However, the room felt small for a family, and we had limited dining options nearby beyond fast food. The cookies in the lobby were a nice touch, but some food preferences, like pho, weren't available.

The King Room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious for NYC standards. The bed was super comfy—definitely a plus after a long day out. The bathroom was well-designed, and everything was clean and fresh. On the downside, the elevators took a while, especially during busy times. But overall, the room was a solid choice for our stay.
